please can you tell me where is the live chat in the link you provide for parcelforce live chat? also the advert saying chatting in 1;1 minutes has nothing to do with parcelforce? you really need to look at the parcelforce link for their live chat, there is just NO live chat there!!! https://send.parcelforce.com/help-centre/parcels/question/delivery/can-i-make-a-claim-for-my-parcel
Said they had tried to deliver, but I suspect they just ran out of time or couldn't be bothered as I was at home all day and no-one tried to deliver a parcel. Also said they had left a card telling me what to do next - but nothing - zilch, zip naddo!
Checked with my neighbours in case they had tried there instead, but nothing there either.
So now I'm left with no way of knowing where my parcel is or when it is likely to be redelivered (if at all) as all their systems need the info on the card to be able to request a redelivery and all their phone numbers seem to take you through to automated systems that need the same information.
Completely useless service
Unable to speak to someone, 24hr delivery parcel awaiting re-delivery for 2 days despite recipient stating no attempt was made. No trust at all absolutely hopeless service. Will aim to never use again.
