I have forgotten my password. What can I do?
You can request a new password by clicking on’Forgotten Password?’ They’ll reset your password and send you a fresh one.

How do I unsubscribe from the mailing list?

Can I purchase a Harrods Gift Card online?
Gift Cards that is bought online is only available for UK delivery. These will be discharged individually to the remainder of your order and will be sent by Royal Mail (with estimated delivery times of 3-5 times ).
You may Buy a Harrods Gift Card online. The card can be loaded with any amount from #10 to 500. If you would like to purchase any Gift Cards with a higher value, please visit their Customer Service team in-store.
How do I use a Gift Card online?
At the checkout, put in your Gift Card number and pin code. The number is located on the reverse of your card along with the pin code is located under the scratch-off panel.
Up to five Gift Cards may be used in one order. The entire balance of one Gift Card will be used prior to a second payment method is requested.
Harrods Gift Cards can only be utilized as payment for orders being delivered to the UK and being compensated for in UK Pounds Sterling.
