At Matalan Linwood today. Lovely assistant called Hayleigh has helped me a few times and exceeded her self today again.
Have never had sucth a bad experience with any or other major store. My DISABLED wife myselt my daughter and my wifes assistant dog had the most horrible experience in the Telford store 15th April 2021. Not only was i made to feel belittled but i have never been spoken to by a member staff like we was last week. To have a young probably student tell us in a blatant chlid like manner. YOU DONT HAVE TO SHOP HERE GO SOME WHERE ELSE. The manager didnt even care one bit he never even took the time to listen to the CUSTOMER as in me telling him what happend. Having sent several emails and complained on ever social media platform im at my ends whits. Again still a very angry
