How do I cancel my booking?

To cancel your booking please follow the instructions below

  • Click ‘Manage booking’ at the top of the page
  • Enter your Booking Reference number, (this can be found on your booking confirmation email), Surname and Arrival Date.
  • Click ‘Cancel’
  • Confirm changes
  • Receive new confirmation email
  • They will endeavor to process your refund within 30 days from the date of cancellation

How do I amend my booking?

To amend your booking please follow the instructions below

  • Click ‘Manage booking’ at the top of the page
  • Enter your booking reference number, (this can be found on your booking confirmation email), surname and arrival date.
  • Click ‘amend’
  • Change your arrival date (subject to availability)
  • Confirm changes
  • Receive new confirmation email

Can I pay when I arrive at the hotel?

You can pay on arrival if you book with their Flex rate. With all their other rates you’ll need to pay when you book.

How do I make a group booking?

For bookings of 5-9 rooms, call their Central Reservations team on 0333 003 8101. Lines are open Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Calls are charged at the national rate.

How do I reset my Business Account card password?

To reset your password, call the Business Account helpdesk on 0333 005 0504 and select Option 1.
