Great customer support on the phone. Have never taken more than 5-10 minutes to sort any issues. Online and app are as good as any I’ve had. Not a single complaint yet, and no dictating to a robot for 20 mins before your get through. Worth noting I only have a current account, no mortgage or credit products with FD so I can’t comment on the service on that side, other reviews do though
