What an absolute poor service this is - tried to contact someone on a tracked 48 hour item which is still not delivered 7 days later. I rung their customer service number and was told waiting time would be 60 minutes !!!
Pathetic

Terrible service, 40 minute wait to speak to anyone.
I paid customs fee on an item using PayPal and received a confirmation of payment from Royal Mail and delivery date. Item was not delivered and the tracking says the fee is still outstanding.
I cannot speak to anyone unless I am prepared to wait 40 minutes. There is no live chat. Disgraceful service
