Are Tui Cancelling cruises?
Planned sailings onboard Marella Discovery 2 from 1 November to 30 April 2022 have been cancelled. Marella owner Tui attributed the decision to the “ongoing uncertainty with international cruising”.
Does Tui All Inclusive include flights?
Your flights, accommodation, transfers, and food and drink will all be taken care of with our All Inclusive deals.
What is better full board or all-inclusive?
Full Board is similar to going All Inclusive, but without the added luxury of drinks and snacks. This option gives guests a little more freedom as they won’t feel restricted to their hotel with plenty of reason to sample the local nightlife and pavement cafes in between mealtimes.
Can you get off a Marella cruise ship without an excursion?
Guests can explore with the help of Marella guides or simply go it alone if preferred. Just be sure to be back onboard in time for the ship’s departure. However, due to coronavirus safety measures, you may only be able to go ashore as part of an official shore excursion party.

When I arrived at Furterventura I saw nobody from TUI at the airport. A rep from another company guided me back and finally I found TUI reps. I was then assured the bus that I was guided to would take me to my hotel. In hotel I was let off at a bus stop one mile from the hotel. Luckily other visitors helped and guided me and I eventually got to the hotel bit too late for dinner. I have now been given a return pick up point from another hotel with no guidance as to how I could get there. Now I have my own plan and will never travel with TUI again. Three times I tried by phone to sort this but the first two calls cut me off claiming they could not hear me. The third person did not know why the pick up service was from another hotel.
Would give 0 if possible - both flights have been a disaster - outwards flight they lost the crew so we’re delayed by 2 hours. On the way back delayed and then EVERY TUI flight baggage reclaim was massively delayed and absolutely no help from anyone - this is not what you expect so will not be booking another holiday with bunch of clowns
TUI i trusted for years--this year i realised what a micky mouse outfit they really are---its impossible to get in touch with them --customer service is disgusting--never in my life have a been so frustrated--shocking
Question not answered
TuI is cancelling people who have booked flights with them yet oavjafe holidays booked flights are still running ! This is unfair and unprofessional ! So your taking package holidays passengers but not taking flight only passengers from Luton ? Not on !
Call response and handling the worst I've ever had
Today tui entered my bank and took a DD which I haven't even set up. I've cancelled the DD twice and had to then call my bank to block access as I haven't given authorisation to tui to take any money from my account
Unprofessional, unresponsive, no longer an A listed travel company, do not put your money or trust in TUI.
We submitted a complaint to the TUI rep in Majorca on 13th July 2021 and still haven't received an acknowledgement or receipt of our complaint.
£20 testing bundle per person was advertised but not able to access, incurring significant costs up to £1000.
No support or guidance with the Covid testing requirements, as Government Guidelines changed. Flippant response from customer service, 30 hours prior to departure, to amend booking free of charge online, however when tried we were asked to pay an extra £4000.
Unable to check in online so unable to provide requisite information for passenger location forms.
Wallet, with cash credit/debit cards and other personal possessions left on TUI coach, reported within minutes, stolen and no assistance with investigating theft. Unable to draw out cash caused embarrassment and requirement to walk 4 miles to local Police Station to report theft.
Unsuitable accommodation, with two 15 year olds on sofa beds, hotel unable to rectify.
Crowded pool area with no social distancing being adhered to for sun loungers.
TUI are undermining the hard work that is being done by the Spanish staff at the Holiday Village. In my opinion this hotel was oversubscribed causing Covid risk to all. Many holiday makers received Covid isolation alerts in the hotel, which can only be a consequence of TUI's poor and inadequate health and safety with regards to Covid.
We totally appreciate that Covid has been hugely challenging for organisations and companies, however if TUI are not willing to listen to customers feedback and complaints how can they ever rectify the errors or improve their service.
It is impossible to contact anyone via telephone to add an extra to a booking.
Waited for one hour and one minute today to connect and then got cut off without speaking to anyone, dreadful customer service and/or systems.
now in a queue again, not happy was looking at options to change however, think it may be cancellation time 🙁 had to give a minimum of one star but deserves none!
