TUIWhen I arrived at Furterventura I saw nobody from TUI at the airport. A rep from another company guided me back and finally I found TUI reps. I was then assured the bus that I was guided to would take me to my hotel. In hotel I was let off at a bus stop one mile from the hotel. Luckily other visitors helped and guided me and I eventually got to the hotel bit too late for dinner. I have now been given a return pick up point from another hotel with no guidance as to how I could get there. Now I have my own plan and will never travel with TUI again. Three times I tried by phone to sort this but the first two calls cut me off claiming they could not hear me. The third person did not know why the pick up service was from another hotel.

Would give 0 if possible - both flights have been a disaster - outwards flight they lost the crew so we’re delayed by 2 hours. On the way back delayed and then EVERY TUI flight baggage reclaim was massively delayed and absolutely no help from anyone - this is not what you expect so will not be booking another holiday with bunch of clowns

TUI i trusted for years--this year i realised what a micky mouse outfit they really are---its impossible to get in touch with them --customer service is disgusting--never in my life have a been so frustrated--shocking
