Absolutely dire, dont answer phone, dont reply to emails, they owe me 160 pounds and i am so annoyrd they dont answer my many emails and I cant get it back from them .only sorry I had to give a star, they deserve nothing
This place is dirty smell unhygienic for any family to stay in open the door to find the bin was overflowing with rubbish dirty burger on the kitchen side and a sharp knife on the kitchen side for my two-year-old daughter could have reached it we open as all to find the dirt smelly mass to turn back around and left on went to home it was not fit enough for a family to stay there I don't even want to give this place a 1 star
I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to get through they just thank me for holding this is the 3 time this week and at the end of it my minutes run out and I don’t get through to anyone it is absolutely horrendous ive also tried to email but no one ever gets back to me I’ve booked a sun holiday but got no confirmation from Pontins until this morning I got a reminder balance tried to pay it online, then tried to get through on the phone , then took the email to 2 shops pay point but it wouldn’t work so cannot pay the balance help ?????????
